This is not a hotell, but a building with apartments next to the restaurant "Mario´s" which owns and runs the building next to the restaurant as an rental of suites or studios. There is therefore no lobby or concierge which is bad if you need one?
We wanted location, good food and clean nice rooms and got what we expected. The restaurant is very incognito, but one of Rome´s best. The location is superb. Breakfast is good at Mario´s but if you want to eat outside we recommend Antico caffe Vitti, opposite - San Lorenzo in Lucina

Voglio fare i complimenti per il bel soggiorno di un week-end presso la Suite della Vite.Siamo stati benissimo nel monolocale deluxe;con mia moglie e bambino.Spazi accoglienti,pulizia,confort e gradevoli piaceri come Nespresso e snack vari nel frigo,tutto compreso.Anche la colazione servita in camera e' una cosa piacevolissima.Tanta cortesia da parte della proprieta' e del personale ha completato il nostro piacevolissimo soggiorno. Torneremo presto.

Abbiamo passato 4 notti in questo hotel. Il personale è davvero disponibile. Per ogni evenienza ci si puo' rivolgere al ristorante sotto (che ne è il proprietario) . Il bambino ha avuto 2 giorni la febbre e sono stati veramente disponibili. Il minibar e macchinetta caffè sono gratuiti e sempre forniti. Purtroppo i notebook non erano disponibili.
Comunque ottimo.

“Great location”
Cannot fault these suites. Perfectly situated near Spanish steps, main shopping street and fabulous restaurants. Try Mario's downstairs, tradition Tuscan cooking and restaurant "Life" a few doors down.On Via Frattina try Palatium. Suites Staff couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. These suites are a welcome change from the expensive hotels with tiny rooms. Coffee maker, croissants and free soft drink mini bar. Breakfast in restaurant amazing amount of food. Can be quite noisy in room early morning (street cleaners). would definitely book again.
